As some of you know we had a issue with the FileBox few months back. Our hosting partner, had been far from professional and had created data issues. As some of you might have noted, it has been functional for a while, before we announced its official comeback we wanted to check a few extra things and change some procedures.
We can now say that the FileBox is again fully functional, and can be used to find, share or manage your ressources. To ensure that I do not overstep any department representatives, in case of recipes etc. please confirm these are up to date with your Scanomat contact.
We apologize for the downtime, and can ensure that we have moved to a very high-end hosting company, whom carry numerous of our servers today. There have been set further procedures to ensure that downtime in the future will be a minimum, if any.
Additionally to the above, the updated server allows for a better use of the Filebox Sync client. The sync client allows you to access the files as you know it from dropbox, locally on your computer – read here how to setup the sync client.
