In CoffeeCloud you can setup triggers to send emails when certain events occur in the machine. Most users of CoffeeCloud know about this powerfull system we have built into CoffeeCloud.
What moster users might not know, is that if you want the CoffeeCloud email notification to pop up as a notification on your phones lock screen – this is possible to enable on iPhones.

Scanomat will be working on extending the methods of sending notifications, where support for SMS and WhatsApp is on the roadmap.

It can be beneficial to be able to get notifications on a phones front screen, when receiving email notifications from CoffeeCloud, instead of reactively have to go into your inbox to check.
This is especially useful for facility manager or baristas that need to know realtime when something is occuring with the machien (like beans low, dregbin etc.)
To receive email as a notification on your phone, you have to mark CoffeeCloud as a VIP contact on your phone.
You have to follow the current below steps.
Mark a contact as a VIP
Before you start, please add CoffeeCloud as a contact in the phone book. You do that by creating a contact called ‘CoffeeCloud’ and add its email, which is email@example.com
After you tap on their name they’ll be automatically added to your VIP inbox.

4. Press the ‘Add VIP’ button and choose ‘CoffeeCloud’
4. Tap VIP Alerts (see below picture)
5. Turn notification settings on or off as you see fit.
Now every time CoffeeCloud sends an email, you will receive it on your front screen.
